The following charges were filed in Kanabec County Court on Feb. 4-7, 2020. All individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Jessica May Worthington (01/12/1981) of Mora was charged Feb. 4 with one gross misdemeanor count of driving while impaired under the influence of alcohol, one gross misdemeanor count of driving while impaired with an alcohol concentration of 0.08 within two hours and one misdemeanor count of no proof of insurance.

Brent Michael Egan (02/23/1989) of Coon Rapids was charged Feb. 4 with one felony count of controlled substance crime in the fifth degree and one misdemeanor count of possession of hypodermic syringes/needles.

Bradly James Paulson (07/23/1994) of Mora was charged Feb. 7 with one felony count of violating a no contact order within 10 years of the first of two or more convictions.

John Alan Katzenberger (12/29/1987) of Hibbing was charged Feb. 7 with one felony count of possession of methamphetamine in the fifth degree, one misdemeanor count of driving after revocation and one misdemeanor count of no proof of insurance.

Jeffrey Steven Brasch (08/17/1979) of Ogilvie was charged Feb. 7 with one gross misdemeanor count of malicious punishment of a child.

Christopher James Keller (01/27/1993) of Brook Park was charged Feb. 7 with three felony counts of violating a no contact order withing 10 years of the first of two or more convictions.

Zachary William Olson (12/14/1992) of Mora was charged Feb 7 with one gross misdemeanor count of driving after cancellation inimical to public safety.

Ashley Rose Nelson (06/21/1992) of St. Paul was charged Feb. 7 with one felony count of receiving stolen property, one gross misdemeanor count of motor vehicle registration intent to escape tax, one gross misdemeanor count of giving a peace officer a false name of another person, one gross misdemeanor count of possession of methamphetamine in the fifth degree, one misdemeanor count of driving after revocation, one misdemeanor count of no proof of insurance and four misdemeanor counts of receiving stolen property.
