The following charges were filed in Kanabec County Court on Oct. 1-7, 2019. All individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

John Michael Kresa (09/28/1974) of St. Francis was charged Oct. 1 with one misdemeanor count of harassment violating a restraining order.

Isaac Keith Weston (08/05/1983) of Mora was charged Oct. 1 with one gross misdemeanor count of drug possession in the fifth degree not small amount marijuana, one misdemeanor count domestic assault fear and one misdemeanor count domestic assault harm.

Alycia Lynn Jellison (09/21/1993) of Isanti was charged Oct. 2 with one felony count of controlled substance crime in the fifth degree, one felony count of aid and abet controlled substance crime in the fifth degree and one misdemeanor count of no proof of insurance.

Tyler James Anderson (10/02/1992) of Milaca was charged Oct. 2 with one felony count of aid and abet controlled substance crime in the fifth degree, one gross misdemeanor count of controlled substance crime in the fifth degree and one gross misdemeanor count of giving a peace officer a false name using the name of another person.

William Allan Jopp (12/27/1972) of Cambridge was charged Oct. 4 with one felony count of possession of 10 grams or more of a narcotic drug other than heroin in the third degree and one gross misdemeanor count of obstructing the legal process interfering with a peace officer.

Tanner Jay Stoltz (04/05/1996) of Mora was charged Oct. 7 with one misdemeanor count of domestic abuse violating a no contact order.

Scott Michael Mceachern (01/03/1981) of Ogilvie was charged Oct. 7 with one misdemeanor count of fleeing a peace officer by means other than a motor vehicle.

Kenneth Allen Hermanson (07/15/1993) of Ogilvie was charged Oct. 7 with one felony count of possession of Oxycodone in the fifth degree, one gross misdemeanor count of possession of morphine, one misdemeanor count of possession of over 1.4 grams of marijuana in a motor vehicle, one misdemeanor count of driving while impaired in the fourth degree and one misdemeanor count of open bottle.
