The following charges were filed in Kanabec County Court on Nov. 15-20, 2019. All individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Jesse James Niesen (04/27/1999) of Mora was charged Nov. 15 with one felony count of fleeing in a motor vehicle, one misdemeanor count of fleeing a peace officer by a means other than a motor vehicle, one misdemeanor count of driving after revocation and one misdemeanor count of uninsured vehicle driver violation.

Justin Matthew Anderson (01/22/1999) of Monticello was charged Nov. 15 with one misdemeanor count of theft.

Nicholas John Jabe (02/19/1998) of Mora was charged Nov. 18 with one misdemeanor count of duty to drive with due care.

Tamara Marie Richard (03/31/1982) of Mora was charged Nov. 18 with one gross misdemeanor count of drug possession in the fifth degree not small amount marijuana, one misdemeanor count of driving after revocation of license and one misdemeanor count of traffic regulation uninsured vehicle.

Cain Matthew Bunker (11/26/1998) of Grand Rapids was charged Nov. 18 with one gross misdemeanor count of driving while impaired in the third degree with an alcohol content over .08, one misdemeanor count of driving while impaired in the fourth degree and one misdemeanor count of liquor consumption by persons under 21.

Tyler S.. Rubin (03/10/1980) of Mora was charged Nov. 18 with 10 felony counts of issue dishonored check offense.

Troy Dale Carlson (11/20/1973) of Ogilvie was charged Nov. 18 with one gross misdemeanor count of furnishing alcohol to minors and one misdemeanor count of social host violation.

Samuel Scott Kearney (11/29/1980) of Mora was charged Nov. 19 with one felony count of domestic assault by strangulation, one misdemeanor count of domestic assault-harm and one misdemeanor count of domestic assault-fear.

Patrick James Modtland (09/06/1973) of Princeton was charged Nov. 20 with one petty misdemeanor count of speeding 69 in a 60 miles per hour zone, one misdemeanor count of no proof of motor vehicle insurance, one misdemeanor count of driving after revocation and one misdemeanor count of giving officer a false a name/date of birth for driver’s license.
