Judith Ann (McGuire) Oslin died on Thursday, Sept. 10, 2020 at St Mary’s Hospital in Duluth, Minnesota.  She was 80 years old.

She was born on Oct. 1, 1939 to Charles and Gail (Weber) McGuire. As a young child her parents instilled in her a hard work ethic that she practiced her whole life. She worked at her folk’s restaurant where during deer season she would work around the clock.  When she could, she would lay newspapers on the floor and try to take a nap. Her work ethic followed her throughout her life whether it be working at her folk’s restaurant, the plastics factory, day and night as a farmer or as a full time mother of five boys.

She graduated from Mora High School. She was united in marriage to Rodney Oslin on May 19, 1962.  They lived in Mora for a short time before moving out to their farm where she lived until she left this world.

She and her husband had five sons whom she loved more than anything. She was most happy when she was outside, taking care of all of her cows and being with her children.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Sandra Burkland and Marcia Tracy; son, Shawn; niece, Jeri (Burkland) Stangl.

She is survived by her husband, Rod; sons, Shane, Cory, Chad (Heather) and Cody; and grandkids, Teagan, Gavin and Reese.
