This summer the Mora FFA had a great time doing many events and being involved in the community. The first thing they did was Breakfast on the Farm where they promoted agriculture literacy with hands on activities for kids. They continued the summer with working in the East Central Pork Producers wagon and sold pork chops at the Kanabec, Pine and Mille Lacs county fairs. They also had a float in the Kanabec County parade alongside Prime Cuts 4-H Club sponsored by the Kanabec-Isanti Farm Bureau. At the Kanabec County Fair they also scooped ice cream for the Kanabec-Isanti Farm Bureau and had lots of fun.

Na-Kee Bullen was chosen to work at the Miracle of Birth Center at the Minnesota State Fair representing FFA. She took care of the animals, and talked to the public about goats and sheep. So all in all it was a great summer for the Mora FFA.
