David Kerry Conger died Wednesday, July 24, 2019. He was 93 years old.

He was born on May 13, 1926, on a farm near Ogilvie. The Conger family lived in a log cabin. While growing up he learned to love hunting, fishing and the great outdoors. He graduated from Ogilvie High School in 1944. He enlisted in the U.S. Navy. After his military duty, he attended the University of Minnesota receiving a pharmacist degree. 

He and his family resided in Anoka where he worked as a pharmacist until retirement when he and his wife moved to Lake George near St. Francis. 

He liked to joke around and had a kind and loving personality. He will be greatly missed by his friends and family.

He was preceded in death by parents, Howard and Frances; brothers, Gene, Allen and Jerry.

He is survived by his loving wife of 66 years, Winifred Hoch; children, Mary (Paul) Pierce, Martha, Robert, William (Cynthia Lynch), Nancy (Tom) Anderson, Jane (John) Clifford and Kathleen (Dale) Dahlquist; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brother, Roger; and sister, Rachel (Jim) Mundell.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 20, 2019, at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 19921 Nightingale St. NW, Oak Grove, Minnesota. Visitation will be held at 10:00 a.m. before the service.
