NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That default has occurred in the conditions of the following described mortgage:

The East 290 feet of the Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 20, Township 41, Range 23, Kanabec County, Minnesota. Together with an Easement for Ingress and Egress over and across the West 66 feet of the East 356 feet of said Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter.
