NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on July 1, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. at Tower View, 160 North Prospect Avenue, Ogilvie, Minnesota 56358, the following manufactured home will be sold by public auction by the Sheriff of Kanabec County: 1972 Shultz, 14’ x 50’, Serial No. 2110072

This sale will be held to satisfy a claim upon the above-described abandoned property held by Tower View, owned by Fred O’Connell, Jr., and located at 160 North Prospect Avenue, Unit 102, a/k/a 102 Tower Court, Ogilvie, MN 56358. Tower View obtained possession of the property at Kanabec County, Minnesota on or about March 12, 2008.

The amount of the claim against the above-referenced property is $2,893.00 computed to the date of sale, exclusive of the expenses of said sale and the advertising thereof, together with the actual expenses of making said sale.
