Junior quarterback Brady Harlan (left) passed for 165 yards and two touchdowns in the Lion’s 30-12 victory over Hill City/Northland.

Ogilvie improved their record to 2-0 on the early season with a 30-12 victory over Hill City/Northland.

After leading just 8-0 at halftime the Lions exploded for 22 second half points while the defense did its job holding the Storm in check and forcing three turnovers over the course of the game.

Head Coach Dave Halvorson said, “The first quarter was scoreless and very hard fought. We moved the ball well and scored after a long drive. We had an interception deep in their end that ended another drive. They moved the ball also but the defense made big stops when necessary and they did not score until the game was in our hands. Again, the team played hard and were able to compete at a high level.”
