The following charges were filed in Kanabec County Court on Sept. 28-Oct. 1, 2021. All individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Ariel Rae Bakke (05/21/2001) of Ogilvie was charged Sept. 28 with one gross misdemeanor count of controlled substance crime in the fifth degree.

Lacey Shirae Pontious (09/04/1986) of Ham Lake was charged Sept. 28 with one felony count of controlled substance crime in the fifth degree, one misdemeanor count of driving after suspension of license and one misdemeanor count of no proof of insurance.

Vincenzo Ciro Sposito (01/21/1976) of Pequot Lakes was charged Sept. 28 with one felony count of controlled substance crime in the fifth degree.

Kalena Dawn Strelow (08/29/1983) of Mora was charged Sept. 28 with one misdemeanor count of dog nuisance.

Luke James Morrison (05/28/1986) of Mora was charged Sept. 29 with one felony count of fleeing in a motor vehicle, two misdemeanor counts of vioation of domestic abuse no contact order.

Andrew David Sullivan (10/25/1984) of Ogilivie was charged Sept. 29 with one felony count of theft.

Dakota Kalob Medicine (06/18/1991) of Baudette was charged Sept. 29 with one felony count of burglary in the third degree and one felony count of theft.

Bryce Keanu Blazejak (06/20/1995) of Brook Park was charged Sept. 29 with one felony count of violating a no contact order within 10 years of first of two or more convictions.

Nola Marie Remer (07/01/1983) of Isle was charged Sept. 29 with one felony count of drug possession in the fifth degree-not small amount marijuana.

Peter Michael McNamara (01/30/1990) of Brook Park was charged Sept. 30 with one misdemeanor count of indecent exposure.

Peter Michael McNamara (01/30/1990) of Brook Park was charged Sept. 30 with one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct.

Dakota Kalob Medicine (06/18/1991) of Baudette was charged Oct. 1 with one felony count of receiving stolen property, one felony count of fleeing in a motor vehicle and one misdemeanor count of fleeing a peace officer by a means other than a motor vehicle.
