Students in the Advocacy classes at Ogilvie High School, at the behest of the school’s Own It group, engaged in a little friendly competition in November that involved raising funds to purchase Thanksgiving baskets for families in the district.

Cole Herges, left, and Beau Hudoba, both juniors at Ogilvie High School, got started Monday morning, Nov. 21, with shopping for a Thanksgiving meal for a needy family. The boys are part of the school’s Own It group that raised money to provide the meals.Â
