Donald John Renollett of Ogilvie, died on Saturday, Nov. 20, 2021 from COVID and cardiac arrest at Welia Health in Mora. He was 58 years old. He is now at peace in Jesus’s arms.

He had numerous jobs including Roadrunner Transportation in Coon Rapids and Julian Johnson Construction in Ramsey. His lifelong love was driving dump trucks and operating heavy equipment. 

He enjoyed spending time with family and his many friends. His greatest joy was stepping in and raising Brianna and Brooke and then being a grandpa to Zayden. Those who knew him will miss his gentle and caring spirit.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Theodore and Beulah (Oelrich) Renollett.

He is survived by his beloved partner of 11 years, Jackie Peterson; her daughters, Brianna (son, Zayden) and Brooke; brother, Dan (Patti) Renollett and family; plus numerous other friends and relatives.

Jackie and family are holding a celebration of life at noon on Saturday, Dec. 4, 2021, at the Lewis Lake Covenant Church in rural Ogilvie.

Due to the current COVID crisis, the Renollett family and friends plan to have a celebration of Don’s life in the spring of 2022. Arrangements are by the Akkerman Ingebrand Funeral Home of Mora.  Condolences may be posted at
