Elaine Ann Peters Jungmann Fuller, of Mora, formerly of St. Paul, died on Saturday, June 12, 2021 at her home surrounded by family. She was 81 years old.

She was born on April 17, 1940 in St. Paul. She was united in marriage to Robert Fuller on Sept. 14, 1963 at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in St Paul. She was a long time resident of St. Paul where over the years she worked at Northland Insurance, the Pioneer Press and the IRS before finally retiring as a clerk with the Maplewood Police Department. 

She and her husband retired to their cabin near Mora where she loved to putter around her gardens and simply enjoy the outdoors. She had a lifelong love of learning and always enjoyed planning her next vacation.  

She enjoyed playing the piano, teaching herself guitar, completing the Sunday crossword in ink, watching Jeopardy, cooking and square dancing. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert Peters, Catherine Jungmann and William (Catherine) Jungmann; son, David Fuller; brothers, Bernard Peters and George Peters; sister, Dolores (Ed) Luby; mother and father-in-law, Tim and Grace Fuller.

She is survived by her loving husband, Robert; children, Paul (Deb), Anne (John) Toomey and Brian (Amy); daughter-in-law, Kathy Fuller; grandchildren, Timothy, Jordyn, John, Brandon and Breanna; sisters and brothers-in-law, Delrose Peters, Barbara Peters, Tom (Carole) Fuller and Kathy (Jeff) Nielsen; many other relatives and friends.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 19, 2021 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Mora. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church. Memorials are preferred to a charity of your choice in Elaine’s memory. Arrangements are by the Akkerman Ingebrand Funeral Home of Mora. Condolences may be posted at www.aifuneralhome.com.
