The Ogilvie Lions stayed hot as they traveled to Silver Bay and came away with a big 42-12 victory for their fourth consecutive win. The Lions had another huge first half as they put up 30 points to take a 30-6 lead into halftime.  Ogilvie was solid on both sides of the ball as they put up 348 yards of total offense while the defense only allowed 84 yards (45 of those yards came on one play in the fourth quarter). Ogilvie will end its regular season on the road, at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 20, at Hill City/Northland. The Lions appear to be in great position to be the No. 1 seed in their section but will face a great challenge from Hill City/Northland. Hill City/Northland will enter the game with a 6-1 record and on a six-game winning streak.

We were able to get lots of people in the game again to make it fun for all. Hill City/Northland will give us a big challenge and we will have to play hard to be competitive and prepare for the playoffs.”
